" Mansoon mood " -- by Suresh Pethe
This one is a purely watercolor painting ! Its of Nandi temple at Mahuli near Satara. Strictly speaking you may find it an incomplete one, as I was earlier. Because of the rain I had to pack up suddenly thinking that , later on I will complete it at home. But then I thought, I may loose certain natural happenings even I touch it ! Tell me your opinion. The size is 10"x14".

ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look incomplete at all sir!! For me this seems to depict the exact technique of watercolor!! Saw the other paintings in your blog too sir.. They are just amazing!!

ReplyDeleteIts good paintiing but when viewed large it does look incomplete. softening of some darks will help as the the edges on Nandi and right hand pillar bottom are too sharp

ReplyDeleteYes , Ajay. I just started finishing it, but due to sudden rain I had to stop and run under a shelter. Later on I did nothing !
