I don't even recollect the last time I did a painting. May be it was back in 2011. How I wish I could do more of these. But then, Life is not easy :-). Here is a 8 x 10 Oil painting study of a still life inspired by one of the paintings of Elizabeth Robbins. Mumbai Lifeline- जीवांची मुंबई (Group exhibition of Paintings & Drawings)

14 artists came together 1.5 year ago to give a tribute to the city of dream - Mumbai. All of them studied and researched on the different subjects and moods of the city. They got the valued guidance from eminent artist Mr. Vasudeo Kamath for this project & he added a midas touch to it. This is not just another exhibition. This is "जीवांची मुंबई" by its own people. It is an attempt to celebrate the essence of the city. I am very happy to invite you all to become a part of this celebration.
Shri Vasudeo Kamath , Shri Suhas Bahulkar and Shri Vijay Acharekar will also display painting each along with fourteen of us and bless the show.

Me and Vikrant Shitole who are also part of Artist of India are part of  this exhibition
