Soft pastel painting of a landscape from Coorg by Manju Panchal

This is a beautiful scene that we came across while we were on our
holidays  at Coorg, a beautiful hill station in Karnataka.
The morning walks through the lush greenery would
rejuvenate us. The place is a paradise for both
artists as well as photographers.

My first piece of art that I'm posting here is indeed very special to me. This in one of my early attempts at flowers. It's done with hard pastels on pastel sheet. Dimensions:  29.7 x 42 cm A3 size sheet.

It can surely brighten up any space and would look great in a room with bright walls. This piece is on sale and so are most of my other pieces that can be checked out on my blog as well as my facebook page:

Backyard

Saturday morning, painted a quick watercolour in backyard of my hotel in London.
It was a great sunny summer day, that I just could not resist my self, it`s been few days I seriously didn't find enough relax time to paint landscape and I was badly suffering so, just went for it...
Hope you like it. CHEERS :)
